FAQs
1. Who is this site for?
This space is for anyone navigating life after a major crisis — whether it’s illness, burnout, personal loss, or another turning point. It’s also for organizations and communities looking to create sustainable, people-first change.
2. What does “transformation after crisis” mean?
To me, transformation after crisis is the process of rebuilding your life — or your systems — in a way that’s stronger, more intentional, and more aligned with what truly matters. It’s not about “bouncing back” to who you were before, but growing into someone new.
3. What kind of personal support do you offer?
I offer one-on-one coaching and guidance for individuals who want to:
Rebuild their energy and mental clarity after illness or burnout.
Find purpose and direction in a new chapter of life.
Learn tools for resilience, emotional balance, and personal growth.
4. Do you work with organizations too?
Yes. I work with cities, NGOs, and other organizations on projects related to sustainability, especially sustainable mobility and EU-funded initiatives. My focus is on creating solutions that improve both the environment and people’s quality of life.
5. What makes your approach unique?
I combine professional expertise in sustainable development with deeply personal experience of overcoming life-changing challenges. I understand both the technical and the human side of change — and I bring both into every project or coaching relationship.
